The Fares Center for Eastern Mediterranean Studies draws upon the expertise of Tufts University faculty members affiliated with The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, The Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, the School of Medicine, the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, and the School of Arts, Sciences & Engineering.

Through a variety of approaches, these faculty members deepen our understanding and knowledge of the region. Their contributions extend beyond the Tufts community, involving scholars and service projects at other universities within and outside the United States.
